n8n Automation Workshop

Ops, RevOps, sales, and marketing teams use n8n to wire internal tools together and hand repetitive work to agents. End of workshop, at least 3 production workflows running live — on your real scenarios.

Duration

2 days (12 hours)

Format

Hands-on workshop · self-hosted n8n · 6-15 seats

Starting at

$750/seat

n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool — think of it as a self-hosted Zapier with native AI agent nodes. Ideal for bridging enterprise SaaS stacks (HubSpot, Slack, Notion, Sheets, Stripe, Shopify) at a fraction of Zapier's cost while keeping full data control. This 2-day workshop walks your team from zero to a live production workflow: self-host setup, 300+ integrations, AI agent nodes (Claude/GPT/Llama), memory and tool calling, error handling, observability. Comparable depth to Maven's 'Build AI Agents with n8n,' but 2 full days instead of 3.5 hours — enough time for production-grade output.

n8n Automation Workshop

Why n8n instead of Zapier / Make?

+

n8n is self-hosted, code-execution capable, with native AI agent nodes. Cost and data control beat Zapier handily. We do the comparison concretely in the workshop.

Can a non-developer team set it up?

+

Yes. n8n is visual-first; one JS-capable team member is a plus for advanced scenarios, not a requirement.

Cloud or self-host — which do you recommend?

+

Depends on scale. Under 20 workflows, n8n Cloud is enough. For data-sensitive companies or 50+ workflows, self-host.

Who owns n8n after the workshop?

+

The last half-day is dedicated to a 'workflow ownership' guide. We show three models: in-house, vendor-managed, hybrid — and how to choose.
